Love Letter For Trenton

Dear Julie, Love is indescribable and unconditional. I could tell you a thousand things that it is not, but not one that it is. I wanted to the tell you about my feelings in person but then I thought how much more personal it would be to put them down in a letter. It might seem old fashioned, but there is something special about the written word - somehow it seems a little more permanent and meaningful.

There are many things that I have been meaning to say to you but just haven't found the words until now. I feel that you and I meeting is one of the happiest moments of my life. I decided put down these words because a picture is worth a thousand words... and I have some words to give. I was recently thinking of you during night atop the roof of my house. The stars was reflecting our storytogether.

From the memories of our laughter.

To the memories of our pain.

Even the memories of you putting up with my stubborn personality.
The brightest of them reminded me of your sparkling smile. The smile that makes me smile and feel warm inside. The same smile now.

I understand that you have been facing some significant challenges lately such as sucking at Flappy Birds and learning new card games, and that this would be making you feel like you suck at games period and you do, but that's what I like about you. I know I haven't been the nicest of guys lately, and I do not want that to have any impact on our relationship. But today I'm going to be the sweetest of guys. Whilst we have had our challenges I am looking forward to the future, and spending the rest of my high school days together with you. Love Trenton
